Don Brown, of Don Brown Chevrolet, on South Kingshighway, was named by Missouri Governor Kehoe as the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners' sole non-voting member on Monday. It's an unpaid role. Since fiscal year 2023, Brown has been paid more than $5 million for fleet services to the St. Louis Police Department, records show.
