This protest, although small, was one of the earliest (Oct. 2009)  in the St. Louis area supporting the passage of the Affordable Care Act . Situated at the busy intersection of Skinker Blvd. and the Forest Park Parkway (adjacent to Washington University in St. Louis' campus. Other demonstrations sprang from this one to the eventual passage of the legislation, later called Obamacare.
